same tayo ate:( after ko malaman na may iba na siya naprove ko sa sarili ko na hindi pa pala talaga ako healed, im just distracted. ang sakit malaman na may iba na siya kahit 1yr na kaming hiwalay. iiyak ka nalang talaga bigla para lang gumaan? anyway, cheer up te!! kaya natin to!

It’s okay! :) cheer up, ate. I’ve been there po, it was really hard to find the way out of it but take everything slowly. baby steps lang, ate. this is part of your healing journey, sana palagi mo pong tandaan na everything happens for a reason. hindi po sila tinatanggal sa buhay natin na walang rason, pare-pareho po tayong may purpose sa buhay ng mga taong nakakasama natin. siguro po talagang tapos na yon and we just have to accept it. magiging okay ka rin po, ate. it’ll take a lot of time but you’ll get there, sana makita ka naming masaya at okay na talaga in the future ahead of us.

Iyak mo lang ng iyak promise life gets better. After I found out he cheated on me I was diagnosed with major depressive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder and OCD. Nung 2 years na kaming break may binigay si God na nagpasabi sakin na Lord gets ko na po bakit kailangan ko pagdaanan lahat yun.

take your time, may reason and perfect timing ang lahat to heal so for now you can absorbed the pain damahin mo lang araw araw hanggang sa ma immune kana sa sakin and isang araw gigising kanalang na wala na normal nalang yung ganung pakiramdam wala ng sakit what if's at mga tanong na bakit. mas makikita mo yung worth mo kapag natutunan mo ng tanggapin ang lahat so just feel it muna lahat for the meantime always pray and always remember that healing is not a race darating din yung oras na para sayo. keep in mind that all our feelings are valid peeps!
