Worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life was inside of my wrist to my palm. Next was Achilles to the sole of my foot. I have head, throat, ribs, kneecap, knuckles, groin done. Nothing compares to the wrist/palm Achilles/sole combo and it’s not close for me.
