Didn’t do Marrakesh but agadir was THE safest for women!! Basically French and german women’s surf towns, can walk around in your bikini top and shorts. Def recommend if you’re new to Morocco, maybe go to Agadir and then Marrakesh after

The souks are full of under cover police which is fab. I go 2/3 times a year often alone. No problems

Emphasis on being with a friend. Not safe alone. Taking a taxi home they tried to take me somewhere else, until I called my husband and spoke in French that I was ten minutes from home. Love Marrakech but Deffo have a friend
