The problem is even when you go to court and win the case they only drop the ticket but you still have to pay the $85 Court fee plus a day off of work or whatever you had going on that day so there’s no winning only the Court systems win

Everytime a cop mistakenly stops someone, the alleged ticket price is multiplied by 3 and taken out of the officers paycheck. If an arrest is made wrongly, the officer takes the entire maximum sentence, multiplied by 3. Officers should be held to a higher standard.
