@psowhat: This is to address all questions from previous videos on how i healed my psoriasis, what i took to heal my psoraisis, how did i get my psoriasis into remission. The main medicine that helped me was ciclosporin. The problem with ciclosporin is that it is a very potent medicine with plenty of potential side effects. this medicine is so dangerous that it is only approved by the FDA for use of up to a year. And when you are on this medicine, regular blood test is required to montior for changes to your kidneys. Most of the potenial side effects are mild, but kidney damage is the main one to track. I was on this for slighly less than a year, lowering my dosage from 250mg to 125mg a few months into it. Once things are stable, i was asked by my dermatologist to transition over to methotrexate. As to where can you get this? In Singapore it is a prescription only medicine, you cannot buy this over the counter. Taking this requires you to go to the hospital, get your lab test done , go through a counselling session on the side effects and acknowledgement that you understand before you are given the green light. This is consider an older systemic treatment, nowadays there are much newer and safer options. But I cant change the fact that this was the medicine that changed my life, and yet i can't recommened it because of all the potentail side effects. Personally I’d do anything to get me off my flares 🥺 natural cures most of the time does not work, or else every psoriasis patients wouldnt have to suffer the way we do if its that easy 🩵

mine is worst than that. I got depression. I change my diet gluten free and no toxic products from head to toe I only use fragrance free. soap all natural and for fabric dish soap fabric conditioner vinegar plus baking soda. 30mins in the morning under the sun expose your skin. that's all . It's not Magic it will take time. I can feel you but you need to stop thingking about or look at it from time to time. Important reminder just 1 minutes shower it's crazy but it works and don't use warm water. A use a bit cold one. Then food avoid egg,Fish while your skin is not good condition, chicken. Just eat Lamb,pork and beef. 1 month and 3 weeks my skin is better and until it disappeared.
