get a gravity mat or sheet. it helps me. I was at a point. I couldn't get up or sleep. hopefully this helps too

Never thought of this. All my fingers have been getting stiff in the morning. Yes it’s part of RA, but I’m not used to both sides in pain at the same time. How bout for feet? It’s getting to where I can’t walk due to pain in feet, it’s like I’m walking on needles
