I don't agree with this, not for a second. If you look at it simply the way he is looking at it, then it's a draw, 2 Kalenjin presidents and 2 Kikuyu presidents. But then again, development is pushed by members of Parliament, and we now have Senators and Governors who can lobby for development. In fact they even have the billions to ensure they can develop their counties. So this is a very weak argument. Basically you are patting the backs of the leaders of the mountain for doing their people a great service.

We the citizens need to read and understand our constitution and involve ourselves with the thing our government, both county and national are up to. All these stories are just way to shift the blame. truth of matter is that every county and constituency are given equal share ie 75% of our resources are divided equally then the remaining 25% is divided among the marginalized place. so swali ni what have they been doing with the resources they are given. its time we the citizens hold these people accountable.
