Take the stress out of family meals with my handy app, which boasts over 800 effortless, family-friendly recipes! 📲Link in bio. ✨ Recipe: 1/2 cup (120g) sweet potato mash (one small sweet potato) 2 cups (240g) self-raising flour 1/4 cup (56g) unsalted butter (room temp.) 1/2 cup (120g) apple purée 1 tsp cinnamon 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a large baking tray 2. Steam the sweet potato for 12-15 minutes (or boil for 10-12 minutes), until tender 3. Add the sweet potato to a bowl and mash until smooth 4. Add the flour, butter, apple purée and cinnamon to a mixing bowl and stir until a soft dough forms 5. Lightly flour a surface and roll the dough to about 5mm thick. Cut into finger shapes (approx. 5cm x 2cm) 6.
