this isnt reverse searing.....for those wanna be chefs playing along at home......you cook you steak on a low heat in the oven then you sear your steak in the pan on a high heat (hence the term "reverse" sear)

She’s cooking it for her family and not the people negative commenting and I’m sure the family will love it.

This looks amazing but reverse searing is usually Smoked or slow cooked then seared thus being reverse of the traditional way of cooking a steak.

The amount of hate and negativity here is honestly disappointing. You’re doing a fabulous job! Your family is blessed to have such a wonderful mother who puts so much love and effort into creating beautiful moments like this. That steak meal looks amazing! If you can afford to enjoy it, then enjoy every bite! 🙌✨

Reverse sear is oven first then sear last! Not the way you are doing it!

We have a cattleman’s cutlet every Friday night and I reverse sear it, so depending on the size it goes in the oven on 100degrees for about 50-60mins (flip it half way) then I’ll baste it in butter thyme and salt then it goes on the bbq SUPERRRR HOT to sear it. Best steak ever. Look forward to our steak fries and broccolini every Friday 😅

It makes me so happy to see young people using tallow, seed oils are poison.

I would recommend salting it 24 hours before and chucking it on a wire rack to dry brine it and get as much moisture out of the steak 🥩!

Once you try it, you'll never go back to cooking them any other way again. You set the water temp and just let it go. You can leave it in there for hours and it'll never overcook. There's no rush trying to get the veggies ready cos you just take the meat out and sear it when they're done. Oh and there's no need to rest the meat. It'll literally melt in your mouth. I use my smart kettle.
