I don't want to believe that the head of FBI gets confused about random number generation and lottery. Unless that number is set up only to get calls from certain numbers, any child with phone and bad luck could have called him. Unlisted does not mean VIP

As a diplomat, I know for a fact that this could not happen. Highest in the chain, connected through a switch board, cannot dial those numbers if you guess numbers. Because those phones do not necessarily have a normal number. Even phones aren’t normal

I also work doing cold calls for the government and thats not how autodialing machines work. They randomly select an entry from a database of numbers it has already. It cannot generate random numbers until it lands on a phone number.
