She does not have a lawsuit. She was pit in cuffs for not complying when she was stopped. They had every right to stop her and detain her while they conducted their investigation, but she wouldn’t comply which is obstruction of justice.

Everybody screaming law suit……she could sue but it won’t go anywhere. You CAN be detained during the investigation of a crime. While possibly humiliating, the handcuffs come off people but what you CAN’T do is tell the police “No I’m not! You can’t touch me! I’m Not detained!” The escalation was on Her part. All she had to do was wait until they figured it out. Her response drove their action.🤷🏾♂️Once it’s found that she is Not the one, cuffs come off, apology….but that does not constitute a law suit.
