@magicmikeepoxy: wind picked up right when I started the pour and ruined the tape job on the brick. total disaster at first. somehow this two tone metallic countertop still cured looking amazing. things move so fast out here 😅 #epoxycountertop #countertopmakeover #diyconcrete #epoxypour

Tara rose :
how does this type of counter top handle 100% outside sun?

It looks awful. Why didn’t you just go with natural stone? Don’t put anything hot on it.

I put epoxy on an outdoor kitchen counter. It looked great for a few months and the sun UV rays destroyed the finish

Not nearly enough protective coverage. Epoxy all over the floor.

I’m curious …. Can you block sand and buff after to remove the waviness/orange peel if so inclined?

Looks great. People truly have no idea what it takes to do this and all the issues that happen in the process. Great job brother.

Need to box it like you’re doing lead abatement if you’re doing this outside. Use pvc make screens or a full box.

Goof off which may just be acetone and a nylon brush drill attachment is great for removing anything off of stone
