l had one like that get out of a car, and creep across the road towards me, 45 years ago. l was carrying some expensive electric items in one hand: and l think he intended to catch me off guard, snatch them, and run back to the car, and his driver would of then drove off. But something made me turn around, and he froze in the middle of the road, dived into the car, and it screeched off: that taught me to be aware of my surroundings, which l am to this day🤷‍♂️.
