KPJ KUANTAN pun sama. Staff tak professional. Suka bodohkan patient. Bagi wrong info mcm kita first time admit kat private hospital and some staff mcm takde empathy. My mom pun pelik tengok dorg buat dressing dengan tak sterilise tangan since dia pun used to work in healthcare. Masa surgery taktau la macamna tapi harap ok jela. Dah boycott semua KPJ hospital

Sorry guys, i have to delete certain comments yang mention the doctor’s full name because i really don’t want “Alia” to get exposed or for people to figure out who she is.From the beginning, i purposely didn’t mention any names because my intention was never to ruin anyone’s career. I was simply sharing what actually happened & what my mom personally experienced that day. Trust me, I would LOVE to hear Alia’s side too. I pun teringin nak tahu what exactly happened that day sampaikan she treated my mom that way. But whatever the explanation may be, it still doesn’t justify her behaviour towards my mom. I’ve already reported the matter to the management, so biarlah pihak management yang investigate & do what they need to do. That’s their job, not ours. I’m simply sharing my personal experience, not asking anyone to expose, shame or bring her down. So kalau nak comment or discuss about this, please jangan mention the doctor’s name or anything that could expose Alia’s identity. Thank you 🤍
