Coach Benny. As much as I appreciate your knowledge I wonder. Why do you want to help people get back relationships that nearly or did completely destroy them? As much as I take in what you say and get hope from your advice. I still wonder why you want to help people go back to what hurt rather than how to move on and have hope for better? I want my ex back but only because it’s been 23 years and we have young children. Otherwise I would be in to the next. And being with a person like an avoidant, we all should truly move on. In a lll reality. It’s just going to continue and go back to the same shit!

This is my ex to a T, I asked her to tell me if she never wanted to be with me again and she said she "couldn't promise that" but that I "shouldn't wait", she said she doesn't want me living with her but she does want me close by so she can see me daily because when I'm not there she misses me?? I walked away, because we were going down a path of destruction. I genuinely in my heart walked away in hopes we could heal and grow separately and find our way back. Before we completely destroyed it until there was nothing left. So I don’t think this is accurate for every situation.
