For everyone concerned the doctor has recommended light exercise like going for walks and stuff and I promise you I sweat less doing this than walking in this humid weather 😅

please lay off the energy drinks for now omg, you should be eating less sugar and drinking more water during healing. especially since the main issue is usually caused by diet

Please do a go fund me. Loads of people will donate, I will for sure honey. You are about my son’s age and I’d like to think someone would help him. I am scared for you that you might get sepsis

My nurse was amazing, I would have trusted her with my life! Please please stop the Monsters, you need to eat super clean and healthy to maximise healing 👍🏻

As someone who struggles with fatigue but loves the gym, try not to push yourself too much even if you feel like you can, your body is healing and you’ll find you get tired easily. Glad you’re now able to get a bit of normality back ❤️

I packed my husbands wound post surgery for 6 weeks. Don’t go to the gym. You can rub it raw. It’ll irritate the wound.

This does force you to mix up your workout a bit and try new exercises. Great you are getting some movement and selfcare in. Nothing worse than feeling not like yourself. Take care! Hope you feel way better after your next surgery 🤞🏻
