the fact it’s taken a lot of eyekons to speak up about it now, i’ve known somethings been up since manon went on ‘hiatus’, i have a feeling one of the reasons why she was put on hiatus was bc she tried to speak up on their work ethic to hxg staff and they weren’t liking it, they’ve punished her for speaking up ☹️

I'm surprised people barely see the crap that company does. So many groups suffer. Look at TXT's concert videos, the exploitation of BTS before and after becoming who they are now, the way they film Le Serafim in vulnerable moments to gain sympathy, how they replaced New Jeans or tried to replace Illit, and when they couldn't do it quickly, now they're exploiting them and they look physically ill. This has been happening since Big Hit started. Bang PD, a kid from a wealthy family with government connections, got a job the day after graduating from a prestigious university, lol. And it's not just HYBE that does this; even American companies do it, and their sister companies even more so. In Korea, idols are NOT considered employees, that's why Hanni lost her case, lol.

as a parasocial ahh fan, that’s been here from the start. it’s deeply saddening to see what has happened throughout the years:( i’m aware that in the music industry it’s HEAVY and CHALLENGING. but kpop training specifically? those girls have worked SO freaking hard, just for these big millionaire companies play in their face. i am so worried for every women involved in katseye, they need to be seen as a human being. not money bags.
