Most in the comments are missing THE key point of living in NYC… you don’t live in your apartment. You LIVE in the city. Most of your time is spent outside the apartment and you become one with the vibe and flow of the city. The apartment is just one tiny component where you go to sleep. That’s it. That’s why most NYC luxury apartment have sparkling clean ovens - they’ve never been turned on 👍. It’s. It for everyone or for every stage of life.
