Your customer service are bad, I bought a mifi for up to a month now I can't even use it for once. it keeps going off every minute every minute it goes off then comes on again I complete to the customer service to me to go back is going to work after 24 hours I went there again after 24 hours same thing keeps happening, I made a complaint on the MTN website no response still went back to the customer service at Ketu Tipper. No good response.
