EQUIPMENT: -Sharp carving knife -Spoon to scoop seeds out of pumpkin -Baking tray INGREDIENTS: -1 large pumpkin -Tortilla chips -Cheddar cheese -Salsa -Sour cream -Guacamole DIRECTIONS: 1. Carve top off pumpkin and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. 2. Draw on a sick face with open mouth for the guac to come out and carve. 3. Arrange chips on tray, top with cheddar cheese, and place in the oven at 350F for a few minutes until cheese has melted. 4.
