“where they getting shot” yes, they were, they also were getting raped. even if we put that aside, which we shouldn’t, the psychological trauma you get seeing the trauma of war and tending for it and having to be strong enough mentally to properly care for the men is something no one should go through, victim or care taker. and many of the girls were 16-20 years old

Ya know, I like this post, but some of these post are genuinely fucked, yes not all men were good but these are still men that suffered through humanity’s worst wars, kids who were promised glory and instead lost their childhood(a lot of soldiers were very young, down to the age of 16), these are people who suffered because of a war they were told would end at Christmas, a war that would just be a big “game”, these were people who suffered more than most likely anyone in this comment section and on top of that, they are also dead, so please treat them with a little respect since a lot of them weren’t rapist or pedos and instead sixteen year olds who died on a cold field in the the middle of no where
