@cookingtales11: You should try this(kaleji, liver) recipe once, and then thank me later! 😋🔥 Ingredients: * 1 beef liver, cut into cubes * 2 onions, sliced * 2–3 tomatoes, chopped * 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder * 1 tbsp coriander powder * 1 tbsp cumin powder * ½ tbsp black pepper powder * 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste * 1 tbsp salt * ½ cup oil * Green chillies, to taste * Sliced onion, for finishing Method: 1. Fry 2 sliced onions until golden and crispy. Drain on a paper towel and crush them. 2. Mix the beef liver with all the spices, ginger-garlic paste and crushed fried onions. Marinate for 2–3 hours. 3. Heat ½ cup oil in a pan and sauté the marinated liver. 4. Add chopped tomatoes, cover and cook on very low heat for 10–15 minutes. 5. Remove the lid, add salt and mix well. 6.
