Actually, no, they cannot just go in randomly look through your car. You rolling your window all the way down gives them access to look through your car and hypothetically speaking that is illegal. It would provide them a way to get probable cost to pull you out out of the car and search you trust me I know I looked it up. I went to prison 17 years ago and spent a lot of time in Law library to do and see what you could and couldn’t do when being pulled over. So once he said no, I’m not providing you the rights to search my Vehicle because there’s no real reason to search his vehicle. They bylaw cannot pull him out and search his vehicle without a warrant or supervisor coming and talking to them and then proceeding the search.

well first of all they are just like you are if you can walk by and look in a car that is considered open to the public they can look in your car all day long it's you getting out of it and then searching it is a totally different thing

I would’ve said oh yes officer please Fucking break my window and get me a little closer to you. I want you to look me dead square in the eyes so you can fully understand what I say after you break the window and what would be said would be now that you’ve broken my window. What was your legal reason for breaking my window and I want it written on the report for this stop I will be doing a freedom of information act request on this report on why you broke my window or why you felt you had the legal right to break my window.
