I saw Reddington on a live this morning as he was walking in. He said he expected a full day today. They keep interrupting the defense case and it’s beyond ridiculous.

If the defense can prove the prosecution is deliberately trying to push the defense into requesting a mistrial, double jeopardy rules CAN potentially apply because of the violation of rule 610

It feels like the cw gets to keep acting up and it’s at a detriment the defense. I would imagine red wants to create some momentum with the jury and instead it’s this broken up bs just tryinggg to get to the finish line.
