so he said it was unforeseen circumstances and that they shouldn't put blame on either party. if they are going to blame somebody that they should blame him. they also said it's something that they have to deal with. sounds a little more serious and a small issue with a jury member

The jury did see some of the many people dressed in pink today. Each member of the jury then had to testify under oath that they would not let that influence them. Can a juror really block that out completely?
