@foxnews: Prosecutors say 13 current and former Penn State students and a student’s father were charged in a large-scale cocaine trafficking operation that allegedly used Snapchat, Venmo, and Cash App to sell drugs to fraternity members and other students. Authorities described the operation as sophisticated, alleging cocaine was brought in from cities including Philadelphia and New York and that one former student sold at least $130,000 worth of cocaine. Penn State said it was “horrified” by the allegations, which also include claims that fraternity members held drug-themed parties.
