@dr.rickpescatore: Diabetes is a major risk factor for vitamin b1 (thiamine) deficiency, and it’s compounded by the most commonly used medication! #psa #spreadawareness #diabetes #medical #publichealth
Since watching your content, I started taking benfotiamine and it has been life changing

That makes sense. Fun fact. If mosquitoes love you, you are deficient in B1. I have diabetes and mosquitoes treat me like I'm their main food source

What is so annoying about these kinds of post, as true they may be... they never speak about dosage, even less about protocol. Even so, the dosage is never enough, when so. The hard part, is no one really gives you the right information of the amount you should take, not even my MD because he swears only by pharmaceuticals, and despises naturopathy.

Even if you do take that, how do you get your kidneys to stop dumping it?

Wow and people in the US have the most expensive healthcare of the world and still they don't take care of the vitamin B complex nor about the vitamin D? Twice a year my doctor sends me test to keep track of hormonal or any type of deficiencies. 😲🇨🇷🫶
