this happened to a friend of mine years ago. he refused to let them in and the cops, there were three, claimed that they heard a scream from inside so they forced their way in. his daughter wasn't even home at the time. he sued the living s*** out of their department and CPS. they settled but he would never tell me how much he got.

Most law enforcement agencies will not participate in a Child Custody issue without a court order, signed by a judge, in hand. They operate like this to prevent wasting the time of everyone involved.

Cps is a joke they never actually look into the claims they truly just harass and scare parents which most of the time are older kids trying to get back at a parent for disaplining them or trekking the no thay can’t have or do something
