There really should be strong mandates put on CPS they tried with me in a custody battle with my wife when we were divorcing, they never came to my house, but I was forcefully arrested in the CPS building in New bern , north carolina I was subsequently , let go after bonding out and went to my attorney and proved beyond the shadow of a doubt that I Did not do nothing lawfully wrong. The state police officer who was a friend of my stepdaughter and her husband who falsely filed the charges and actually sat and watched me get arrested the officer was subsequently terminated from his job, but the greatest thing was was, I got custody of my son and I got to ride over there and watch that same. Police officer have to go knock on the And take my son out of the house. Her husband right around the corner at a neighbor's house as she called him while all this was going on, refused to come home, scared to death. I did have other officers from the police department there. For my protection, my daughter had my stepdaughter, had to forfeit my son to me and I did get full custody of my son and her husband who was a dispatcher for the jail was terminated, and the officer was terminated months later after an investigation for falsifying. Reports And false in prison , and I'll charge his word dropped and the bond was Sent back to me but yes, at the end of the day, they are very dangerous people. Because they run on blind faith wearing blinders. The whole time be very careful, people. Luckily, I had legal representation and proof of what actually happened as a matter of fact in the middle of the rest. The cops sort of realized what was going on because it was a custody hearing we were supposed to be having at CPS in Newbern, North Carolina and the state trooper, and the husband made false charges and had me arrested and they sat there and watched, and then the husband arrogantly walked into the CPS building and was very cocky and announcing that you don't mess with big Nick. Taylor that was his name And at the end of the day , it could have went another way very terrible , but luckily for me , I had legal representation and proof beyond a shadow of a doubt , I did no wrong ,

Did you know that in the United States of America child protective services are exempt from any and all lawsuits Annette came straight from the United States Supreme Court they ruled on that so you cannot sue child protective service, and the Supreme Court of the United States also said that it is perfectly legal for child protective service to falsify and lie on legal documents and in court messed up in it because if you go down that rabbit hole and do your investigation and the laws and everything about child protective service you will find what I just said is 100% true and facts

I've heard of this happening, and the children disappear. When the parents go to fight for their children back, there are no records of CPS records or police reports.
