Where is the best place for it to stay stuck? I am new to the patches the first on stayed on ok on the inside of my leg but put the 2nd on on my outer thigh and it came off after a day so had to use an extra one and that’s not stuck great either 🤦♀️

For the life of me I have the instructions here and nowhere it says it's 2 different patches. They are all the same. It says : the patches need to be changed twice a week. Start a new packet as soon as you finish one. Then changing your patches.... Where to apply the patches.... Etc. I been on them for 6 months, the are all the same

iam on these, i put conti in one box and 50 in another, i do them on a tuesday and saturday for two weeks then change to other box much easier and you no what your doing x

Getting them to stay on is u real I found putting on lower belly with clear plaster off Amazon help stick on I use the 50’s first then the conti not sure if. That correct x

I do this and write the change dates on the patches in sharpie. Stops the “fog” of did I change the patch this morning?

Anyone struggling to keep them on? I had so many failed attempts with them peeling off until I started warming them by rubbing in my hand… and then position them on my ass - exactly where a jeans pocket would be… not had one come off since.

The doctor put me on HRT tablets for my night sweats but every month my periods are getting heavier and more painful I’ve never really suffered with my periods until going on HRT tablets am at my whits end 😩
