5/12 of my older toddlers are going to preschool after Labor Day, it’s my first year at the center I’m at and 4/5 of those kids I’ve been with since I entered that room a year ago. This is the hardest transition I’ve ever had to do.

The infant and toddler room at the daycare I work at is 11 months -3 year old. So we have a lot of them for a long time. It can so hard walking them to their new room 😭

I’ve always hated when my babies moved up to the pre school rooms , had 1 little girl who was like my own daughter and her mom treated me so nice and we both balled our eyes out when it was pick up time on my last day with her in my unit . Mum want supposed to do pick up and once I saw her I started crying and so did she it beautiful and so emotional. From then on the she still ran into my arms outside & in the hall 😭😭🥹🥹🥹

7 of my full time kiddos moved up last week and i’ve been in shambles[cry] i’ve gotten letters and photos and it’s still not gonna fill the hole of half my class going … i taught all but one of them to walk it IS that serious to me
