Yes. Said this on a post where another Garner NC salon offered to let that young stylist learn at her salon and people were being nasty about the offer. Grace and forgiveness is a lost art apparently. This was a baby stylist and she is learning. Especially when the person she messed up wasn’t honest about her hair care. #permgate

I’m a color correction specialist, and lately I have turned away quite a few color corrections. Not because I cannot succeed in doing them, but because even if you give amazing results, the client will try and ruin your reputation and try to blackmail you for free services and free labor. So ANY red flags, I deny their service.

It's absolutely crazy that everyone is like that. I've had my hair come out chopped from an appointment, but I didn't take it personally. It was an accident and hair grows back. It's totally brat behavior to throw a fit like that.
