she never got better. never got over the addiction. he's suppose to send his daughter back to the states when she had a boyfriend who went to jail for dv. she was in and out of rehab. im sorry I get it. but also someone has to protect the kid

He didn’t demand, she recognized she had a problem and gave her daughter up to get better. She realized her daughter was happier and adjusted and she let her stay. It’s so selfless to give up your child when you know you can’t give them what they need
