You can use a pex support bend with a flange. It’s cheaper then the 90 fitting and no change of any leaks behind.

Even after everything. seeing the concrete on the other side, seeing the wall and knowing the fact that is the kitchen area - I was saying to myself “why tf is he putting drywall, if it rains it’s gonna get it wet, where’s the siding?” Then took another look and realized I’m just a dimbass

Dogshit start to finish. Use copper stub outs and a holdrite and use expansion not crimp pex. Also why not just Studor vent in the cabinet?

Why would someone like that kitchen loop waste of pipe, time, and fittings? Does absolutely nothing! Come straight out with a 90 and pipe the rest on trim time?
