You need to do a 30 minute soak with epson salts and HOT water. As hot as you can take it, and if you can throw in some tea tree oil and a splash of dish soap. Next, once you’ve soaked for 30 or longer, remove your foot and keep the water around for a moment. Take a rough rag, a medium-grit foot file(not electric, not a scraper), or a heavy and sturdy bristle brush, and begin exfoliating your WHOLE foot. Focus on that area last. Then, gentle rub circles to remove half of what you see. Dunk your feet back in the water, and then remove and dry off. Allow it to dry off mostly after using a towel and air drying, then apply Bag Balm. Rub it in to the entire foot, and then focus on that area. Put on THICK socks, classic tube socks would be great. Next day, wash off your foot with dish soap, apply some Bag Balm to the area, and repeat this process once to twice a week for fast results. Don’t EVER scrape off too much, keep your feet clean, and love
