Manager here, we scheduled ppl based on performance, attitude and attendance. its never personal, its about who does the best job. if you're not scheduled a full 40 and someone else is, take notes from that person. I personally won't schedule someone 40 hours if they can't complete assigned task and just milk the clock. Availability too, if you have spotty Availability or have accommodations I cant schedule a full 40 because it complicates the entire schedule. also, if someone has poor performance and they've been approached and nothing changes..hours go down. its a subtle hint to go find another job..

My rule is… idc if you’re full time or part time. I give hours to who works the hardest & is the most productive . If a part time worker out works you, expect them to have more hours than you 🤷♀️
