seeing the ribbon cables are intact and don't have any sort of plastic or debris on them it's very likely youll be able to fix it yourself! Obviously you'll have to dismantle the joycon down to the motherboard (or what i like to call a botherboard) and stick the ribbon cables back on! It sounds simple and CAN be simple if you understand enough (component modding can be a start)
