When my pts temps get too high, I put ice inside a plastic bag, then inside a pillow case. I place them under the neck, arm pits and if we are really desperate the groin. This helps cool them down quickly, maybe an ice pack or two when they go to bed would help!

Girl I feel your pain when my island had 2 category 5 hurricanes 10 days apart we had no power for almost a year. Me personally my power didn’t come back on for 7 1/2 months and the heat everyday was horrible. I pray yall get yall power back soon
