The civilization of Egypt has been around longer than the Bible and the stories in them, and yet they have an unbroken historical record that could not be if everything was washed away. The civilization of China was around before the flood apparently happened and yet they have no break in their historical record.

Mountains just don't appear, they take thousands of years to be created by pressure, earth etc.. If you find a whale fossil, it was because it got trapped in that layer when the mountain was forming thousands of years ago. Millions!
