Are you disappointed in Red? I have just been so unimpressed with his arguments. I had high hopes and I feel like he’s just trying to get insanity plea but not taking advantage of all the holes and things that don’t add up that could potentially lead to enough doubt to get Lindsay a not guilty verdict. I mean maybe she did do it. Maybe she knows that and he knows that and he’s just doing what she tells him to do. Thoughts??

I honestly cannot believe that after 2 weeks of testimony there are more questions than answers as to what happened in that house. Nobody asked direct questions about anything. The evidence did not support any theory as to what was claimed happened. None of the burning questions were directly answered (for example how long does it take to cool to 82f; yes she stated the reasons but not how long!)So many open questions, conflicting information, crazy timeline, misconduct, etc.

there literally is zero evidence she did it besides Patrick’s words. hear-say is the best evidence they have. and Patrick has proven himself unreliable and incredible. wayyyyyyy too much reasonable doubt to convict in my opinion.

You say that but the whole defence seems focused on her mental state rather than the plethora of inconsistencies in timelines or lack of physical evidence etc. I can’t see Reddington suddenly pivoting to ‘lack of evidence’ or ‘someone else did it’ in his closing argument. That would be unusual, no?

My thing about thr exercise bands... it shows that Lindsay didn't have an adverse reaction to using them in PT. Likely because she either doesn't remember using them to strangle her children or BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T STRANGLE HER CHILDREN. Either way, not good for the prosecution to bring up...

I’ll also argue, as a nurse, that if someone took an ativan or percocet, as prescribed, got in a car and drove and got into an accident, they could be considered intoxicated or altered 🤷🏻♀️
