many have to realize that two months of increased operation, at half of the pre war volume, is not going to impact gas prices very fast. there are many factors between that and the pump and itll likely take 10 months before improvements are seen unless the government covers some of the cost while waiting for the increase amounts to get processed and transported to the pump
