Dr. Tufts did poorly on the stand (and I probably would have to if I was in her shoes) but she did not do anything wrong with the care she gave. She gave better care and saw Lindsay more often than a lot of psychiatrists would be able

She set it up. She lied and downplayed. She got prescribed pills and didn’t take them. She went into a facility and then checked herself out. She wrote in her journal she didn’t want anyone else to watch the kids- even though she claimed to be struggling. She made sure to call the hotline just before she killed them.. almost as if to set up her defence…
