Season chicken with pepper and onion powder (plus salt if desired) and place in the crockpot. 2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, paprika, and soy sauce or coconut aminos. 3. Pour sauce over the chicken and top with sliced jalapeños. 4. Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours. 5. Shred chicken and stir back into the sauce before serving.
