Most people don’t realise that we are in our bodies forever we see our reflection 24/7 every minute detail we dislike about our body or face we pick apart at everything that we dislike or could change about how we look but an outside perspective is just looking at one’s self and saying there pretty but we are all human and some of us have the same views on how we look at ourselves try remember that when saying how can they think they are ugly
