@drdavidabbasi: Bro has an alien inside. 👽 Massive bulge erupts upon coughing. He had prior open surgery. Which hernia type is this? 🧠 A) Umbilical hernia B) Incisional hernia C) Direct inguinal hernia D) Spigelian hernia The key clues here: prior open surgery and a bulge that erupts specifically with increased abdominal pressure, like coughing. Location and surgical history matter a lot when narrowing down a hernia type, since each one has a distinct anatomical origin. Drop your answer in the comments before scrolling for the reveal. Let's see who actually knows their hernias. 👇 Vid: Unknown ✅Follow @drdavidabbasi for More Daily Medical Content & Health Tips! 📍Schedule a consultation in Delray Beach! it's not AI lol. this happens to a lot of people. you know where your intestines are, you feel your tummy you have a whole ass muscular wall that keeps your intestines where they are. once that weakens this happens. summer minor, some are as bad as this. I had a former coworker who had his hernia rupture and he had 18-22 stitches after they were done.
