Cheesy Potato Bread Ingredients * 3 boiled potatoes (about 500 g after boiling) * 1 egg * 200 g shredded cheddar cheese (about 2 cups) * 2 tbsp chopped parsley * 1 tsp baking powder * Seasoning (1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper) * 180 g flour (about 1½ cups) Instructions 1. Add the boiled potatoes to a large bowl and mash until smooth. 2. Add the egg, shredded cheddar cheese, parsley, baking powder, seasoning, and flour. 3. Mix until a soft, slightly tacky dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add 20 g more flour. Do not make the dough firm or hard. 4. Transfer the dough to a well-floured surface and divide it into 10 equal pieces. 5. Take each piece and roll it out thinly on a well-floured surface. Sprinkle some flour on top of the dough while rolling to prevent sticking. 6. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. 7. Cook each potato bread until golden on the bottom, then flip and brush with butter.
