My husband likes Bojangles and asked me to go one day on my way home from work. Lo and behold, it's AI at the drive-thru box. Like, why? That's just ridiculous. Then when I get to the window, no, "Hey, how are you doing? Your total is..." Like, I know what my total is, but they weren't personable or anything, just looking like😔🙄

But ai is ignorantly being used…. And most people have no idea that it doesn’t know anything.. it only knows the narrative you give it!!! Which means you STILL have to do research on the backend 🫣🤦🏾♀️.. and this is why EVERYONE sounds exactly the same on the internet!
