Not only does matcha on an empty stomach make me nauseous as hell (I have emetophobia) it also makes my iron drop like crazy!! Like fingers cold light headed everything. Matchas a rare treat for me now :(

Feel better queen. Matcha on an empty stomach is not good I’ll always make sure to eat a little something before. I think it’s bc matcha has chlorophyll or the tannins that makes stomach upset if drank on an empty stomach. I got a upset stomach a few times after chugging matcha lattes before even full on food. Now I just sip matcha
