I use nothing daily, hardly use makeup, and if im feeling super oily or dirty due to the days activities I might use a simple wash. Though in the summer here in CO its been dry so I do use a moisturizer every few days. never had acne issues. works great for me, but all our skins and bodies are different so you just gotta find your balance.

Yes and no. I used to not do any skincare other than washing my face in the shower, my skin was nice for a long time then I started having problems with texture as I aged and within a week of using skincare products my skin is way way smoother so I think both can be true but hormones and age def play a role

It’s actually the testosterone. While it does make them more oily, it also makes their skin tougher so it’s less easily irritated. Their hormones also don’t fluctuate enough to give them hormonal acne like ppl with periods

i think it’s that people are using TOO MUCH. i only use three things and my skin has never looked better. (toner pads, serum, moisturizer) i would use spf if it wasn’t so greasy. the facial ones always burn my eyes and it’s just too expensive for the better ones tbh.
