4 miles to work in a morning can take me 45 mins but during the school hols it’s 15-20 mins this is from Bingley in to Bradford town centre. Too many traffic lights!

I used to work five miles away, it would take me 12 min in the morning, in the evening anything from 20 to 40 mins…. Welcome to England….😂😂😂

I mean ive never left England but i do a 27mile trip that includes a motorway so thats about 37minutes...go 27miles in the opposite direction, no motorway and lots of country lanes...1hour 15mins 🤦♀️

I get it. My husband is also English. We moved from England to US in the 80s. But visit UK often and yes roundabouts and heavy traffic adds to the journey.

where in America can you average 60mph, places I've been to in the States max speed is 55mph. there's verious apps that will tell you eta etc. This seems like click bait

My daughter’s school is 2.5 miles away, it takes 20 mins in the mornings. Combination of country roads, roadworks, traffic lights etc. You can just never tell.
